How we test?
At the Lockerroom, we recognize that the most critical steps in performance testing begin before the athlete steps onto the field. Proper preparation and structure ensure every test delivers meaningful results.
To maximize accuracy, we’ve developed a custom wearable wristband system that tracks athletes throughout testing. This technology removes manual supervision, reduces errors, and ensures data is both valid and consistent.
Our standardized protocol measures speed, agility, power, vertical leap, and individual skill sets, while allowing flexibility to adapt drills for specific sports, positions, and team goals. This approach provides reliable insights that drive smarter training and faster development.
Test Equipment Includes:
Wireless RFID scanners and testing gates
Rubberized RFID bands to identify athletes throughout testing—no manual supervision required
Streamlined check-in → test → transition process between stations
Built In Atlanta For Student-Athletes And The People Who Support Them
What Lockerroom does
Lockerroom is the Southeast’s athlete performance testing and event company and a student-athlete platform for eligibility, recruiting and NIL. We run NCAA-compliant, laser-based performance testing across three official testing cycles per year, and we give athletes, families and schools one verified record to work from.
Every athlete starts with a free Athlete Passport. From there, families can add academic tracking, NCAA eligibility guidance, verified academics, college matching, recruiting tools and NIL readiness as they need them, while schools get Athletic Director, Coach and Counselor dashboards built on the same data.
The common thread is verification. A time, a grade or a transcript is only useful to a coach or a college program when someone they trust has confirmed it, so everything we build starts with the test, the school and the record.
- Performance testing on NCAA-compliant laser equipment
- NCAA, NAIA and NJCAA eligibility tracking
- Recruiting tools and college matching
- NIL readiness for student-athletes
Who leads it
Lockerroom is led by Hassani El, CEO, a Master NLP coach and trainer and certified Master NLP Practitioner, and Michael J. Elder, President, Marketing & Sales Coordinator and Football Coach. They are joined by a technical operations and compliance team, a performance test director, trainers and testers, a recovery team and a test coordinator who run every testing event.
