What is the College Readiness Score?
The College Readiness Score is a planning and progress tool that brings together academic readiness, NCAA readiness, athlete development, recruiting readiness and profile completion in one view. A basic version is included in the free Athlete Passport. It is not an admission, scholarship, eligibility or recruiting guarantee.
When should a student-athlete start?
The Athlete Journey™ begins in 8th grade with the Athlete Passport and academic habits, and the roadmap above runs through 12th grade. Starting early means a longer verified record of grades, transcripts and performance results by the time recruiting conversations begin.
Do we need a paid plan?
No. The Athlete Passport is free forever and includes the verified Passport, a basic profile, a basic College Readiness Score and a basic college match preview. Athlete Development ($19.99/mo), College Ready ($29.99/mo) and Elite Athlete ($49.99/mo) add academic and GPA tracking, verified academics, college match simulations, recruiting tools and family collaboration features.
How does performance testing fit into college readiness?
Verified testing is the athlete development pillar of the roadmap. Lockerroom runs three official testing cycles per year using NCAA-compliant laser equipment. Each test is $175 and includes sport-specific tests, a personalized score sheet, an official Lockerroom T-shirt and integrated athlete analytics; active paid members get $25 off every test, and results sync to the athlete dashboard.
What is GrantPath™?
GrantPath™ is Lockerroom’s FAFSA and scholarship planning tool. It is coming soon and will be included in the College Ready and Elite Athlete plans. FAFSA assistance is planned as a $140 one-time service.
