What The Athlete Dashboard Shows
The athlete dashboard is the home for everything Lockerroom records about an athlete. It starts with the free Athlete Passport — a verified profile with the athlete's basic details, a basic College Readiness Score, an Athlete Journey™ preview and NCAA, NAIA and NJCAA information — and grows as the athlete tests and as their plan adds features.
Performance results recorded by Lockerroom staff at testing events sync to the dashboard, where the athlete can review each test, download the personalized PDF score sheet and, on paid plans, track performance history across cycles. Athlete Development adds basic performance history, academic and GPA tracking, a recruiting timeline and a parent dashboard. College Ready adds verified academics and verified performance results, transcript storage, coach communication templates and monthly progress reports. Elite Athlete adds advanced performance analytics, development forecasting and a verified athlete badge.

From Laser Gate To Coach
One result, recorded once, travelling through one system — so the number a coach reads is the number the gate recorded.
Laser
Laser gates capture sprint splits and change-of-direction entry/exit. Jumps are measured and reps counted by Lockerroom staff at the station.
Dashboard
Each result is recorded against the athlete and synced to their Lockerroom dashboard alongside previous cycles.
Report
The personalized score sheet is generated as a PDF — the same document for the athlete, their parents and the coach.
Coach
Team coaches view roster-wide dashboards and leaderboards; college coaches see what the athlete shares from their profile.
Data For Schools
Schools use the same platform to bring athletes, parents and counselors around one record, from a testing day through to a recruiting conversation.
Your Data Stays In Your Profile
Performance results, academic records and documents live in the athlete's own Lockerroom profile. They are shared outside that profile only when the athlete or their parent chooses to share them — by sharing the profile with a college coach, sending a PDF score sheet, or taking part in a team session where the coaching staff has dashboard access to the roster's results.
Nothing is published or passed to a coach, school or recruiter automatically; the athlete decides what to share and with whom. If you have a question about how a particular piece of data is used or who can see it, contact us and we will walk you through it.

Do athletes need a paid plan to use the dashboard?
No. The Athlete Passport is free forever and includes a verified profile, a basic College Readiness Score, an Athlete Journey™ preview, a parent account and limited document storage. Results from Lockerroom tests sync to it. Paid plans add performance history, analytics, academic tracking and recruiting tools.
How do laser results get into the dashboard?
Lockerroom staff record each result at the testing station and the system syncs it to the athlete's profile. The athlete does not type in their own times, which is what lets results be shown as verified on the College Ready and Elite Athlete plans.
Who can see an athlete's results?
The athlete and their parent account, plus anyone the athlete chooses to share their profile or score sheet with. Coaches running a team testing session see roster-wide results for that session through the coach dashboard.
How do schools get started?
Schools choose a platform plan — Standard at $899 per year for programs with up to 100 students, or Premium at $2,999 per year for larger programs — invite their students, and schedule a team testing day when it fits the season. Contact us to book a demo or request a custom package.
