Reports Built For Real Decisions
What's In A Lockerroom Score Sheet
Every athlete who tests with Lockerroom receives a personalized test score sheet. It is built from the results Lockerroom staff record at the event, so the same document works for the athlete, their parents, their coach and any recruiter they choose to share it with.
| Section | What it contains | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Athlete profile | Name, sport, graduating class and the details carried over from the athlete's Lockerroom profile. | Puts the numbers in context so a coach reading the sheet knows exactly who they are evaluating. |
| Sport-specific results per test | A result for each test on your sport's list — laser-timed sprints and change-of-direction drills, measured jumps, counted reps and skill drills. | Each test is recorded the same way at every event, so results can be compared against teammates and against your own past sessions. |
| Personal bests and history | Your best recorded result per test and how the current session compares with earlier cycles. | Shows the direction of travel, not just a single day, which is what training decisions depend on. |
| Notes for coaches | Space for observations from the testing team and the athlete's own coach about technique, effort or conditions on the day. | Gives the people planning your training the context behind the numbers. |
How Results Reach Coaches And Recruiters
Track Progress Across Testing Cycles
A single test tells you where you are. A series of tests on the same protocol tells you whether your training is working. Lockerroom runs three official testing cycles per year, and testing at least once every three months is the ideal frequency to track progression. Because every cycle uses the same NCAA-compliant laser equipment and the same start and stop points, a change in your 40-yard time or shuttle time reflects you, not the timing method.
Your dashboard keeps each session side by side. Athlete Development includes basic performance history; Elite Athlete adds advanced performance analytics and development forecasting. Coaches can use the same history to decide what to train next and to show recruiters a trend rather than a one-off number.
What You Can Compare
- The same test across cycles — e.g. 40-yard dash, 5-10-5 shuttle, vertical jump
- Personal bests versus your most recent session
- Your results against athletes in your class
- Position-specific scoring and your overall LRX Score
- Notes from coaches alongside the numbers
Reports & Score Sheets FAQ
When do I get my score sheet?
Your results are recorded by Lockerroom staff at the event and synced to your athlete dashboard, and your personalized score sheet is generated from those results. Log in to your Lockerroom profile to view it and download the PDF.
Can my coach or a recruiter see my results?
Yes, when you choose to share them. You can share your Lockerroom profile with college coaches, send the PDF score sheet directly, and team coaches with dashboard access can view roster-wide results from a team testing session.
What does "verified" mean on a result?
A verified result was recorded by Lockerroom staff on NCAA-compliant laser equipment at a Lockerroom testing session and synced to your profile, rather than entered by the athlete. Verified performance results are a feature of the College Ready and Elite Athlete plans.
Do I need a paid plan to get a report?
No. Every athlete who tests receives a personalized score sheet, and the free Athlete Passport holds your profile. Paid plans add more around it: Athlete Development includes basic performance history, College Ready adds verified performance results and monthly progress reports, and Elite Athlete adds advanced performance analytics.
How do I compare results from different testing cycles?
Your dashboard keeps each session on your profile so the same test can be compared across cycles, alongside your personal bests. Because every cycle follows the same protocol on the same equipment, the comparison is like for like.
