Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your login details private. Athletes under 18 need a parent or guardian’s consent, which we ask for at sign-up. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us immediately if you think it has been used without permission.

Plans and payments

The free Athlete Passport is free forever. Paid plans (Athlete Development, College Ready, Elite Athlete) are billed monthly at the prices shown on the site and can be cancelled at any time; features marked “coming soon” are not yet available. Performance tests are priced per test as shown on the site, with the member discount applied to active paid plans. Payments and donations are processed by PayPal under its terms.

Performance testing

Testing events involve physical activity. Athletes should be medically fit to take part, and a parent or guardian should accompany athletes under 18. Results are recorded by Lockerroom staff using our equipment and protocols and are linked to the athlete’s profile.

Acceptable use

Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, impersonate others, attempt to access other accounts or data, or interfere with the site. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of what you upload and give us permission to store and display it to provide the service. The Lockerroom name, logos, site design and content belong to Lockerroom and may not be copied without permission.

Donations and sponsorships

Donations and sponsorships support the programs described on the relevant pages. Receipts are issued by PayPal. Please contact us before donating if you need confirmation of tax treatment for your gift.

Disclaimers and liability

We work hard to keep information accurate, but eligibility rules, college requirements and NIL rules change and are set by third parties; always confirm with the relevant organisation. The service is provided “as is” and, to the extent permitted by law, Lockerroom is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.
